Troubleshooting

Before reaching out, we encourage you to review our troubleshooting practices. This may help resolve your issue more quickly. If you still need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

marquee letter troubleshooting

All of our marquee products are tested before leaving our facility. Even so, sometimes, during shipping, they may lose some bulbs. Replacements are available either through us or Amazon.

 

CAUTION: DO NOT EVER plug letters with Color Changing Bulbs directly into a socket. The bulbs and sockets will be damaged. Color changing bulbs (the provided multi-plug cord) must be routed through a supplied control box before being plugged in to a wall socket. 

Use a provided remote to control them. We keep control boxes and remotes in stock for purchase if you need more. 

 

Note:  Warranty does not cover damage caused by this issue, however, we can make and send out new wiring harnesses if they are damaged in this fashion.

 

Occasionally, if not handled with care the male plugs on a letter or on the multi-plug cord may lose connection with the wiring.  Please see the following image for troubleshooting this issue.
