Shipping Policy

Our shipping costs for standard-size letters are calculated based on order minimums, location, and the size of the letters you order. Please keep in mind that some items may weigh over 30 lbs. per character due to their large and bulky nature.

For orders over $8000, we offer free shipping for delivery to our contracted shipping locations in the East Zone. If you qualify for free shipping, please note that you’ll need to pick up your order at a pre-arranged commercial location in your vicinity, which may not be in your town. 

For orders in the West Zone, we offer discounted freight shipping. We will provide a quote and bill this separately from your online order, and the invoice must be paid before shipping. You can contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.

If you choose freight shipping, we will work with you to select a commercial location in your area for delivery.

For orders under $8000, we offer a $300 flat rate per pallet for delivery to our contracted shipping locations in your area for 3′ and 4′ letters.

Alternatively, for non-commercial locations, Regional Curbside Delivery is available for a fee of up to $800 within a 300-mile radius of our location in northeast Arkansas, or $1200 for a 600-mile radius.

Orders for 1′, 2′, and some 3′ letter packages under $8000 will be shipped by commercial carrier. 

Local Pickup is also available as an option. Local Pickup will incur AR state sales tax.
