warranty policy

We do not offer a return/refund option for our built-to-order marquee letters once they are shipped. Please consider carefully before purchasing these products.  

An administrative fee of 10% (ten percent) of an order’s total will apply to all canceled orders.  An additional restocking fee of 10% percent will be added to canceled orders in which we have already started the boxing and crating process.   Cancellations will only be accepted up until the day preceding shipping.  Thank you for understanding that we have already put a significant amount of time and effort into your order by the time you receive your invoice.   

All refunds will be issued by check, as we do not capture any credit card information in our billing system.  Refunds may take up to 7 days to be delivered via USPS.  

If you have used a credit card and you dispute a purchase with your credit card company before we have time address your refund, we will not issue a repayment.   The credit card company will refund your purchase, and in turn, will deduct from our account the amount they refunded you.

We will honor a warranty policy of 1(one) year from date of delivery on materials and construction, excluding light bulbs and normal wear and tear due to regular use.

• Damage due to misuse of product, i.e., not securing product in place or leaving it exposed to the elements for extended periods, is not covered under warranty.
• Misuse of electrical components voids warranty on wiring harnesses. 

Please follow warning labels carefully when supplying electric to your marquee letters. Replacement parts are available for purchase if they become damaged.

Our product is for decorative purposes only.  They are not marketed as weather-resistant or weatherproof exterior signs.   Extended exposure to the elements will damage them.  Please protect your investments by properly storing them and securing them from falling over when in use.  

Shipping for Warranty Work:

If for some reason you need to ship a product to us for warranty work, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost one way. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service when doing so.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your shipped item.  Contact us for more information on how to ship your item(s).
